North Douglas Herald offers FREE yearly subscriptions to Oregon residents. Please feel free to Donate to our cause of bringing Free News and Information to our readers. An actual printed subscription of a printed Newspaper is a tangable product with real value. Estimated cost to bringing a 1 year subscription of the paper is about $25 per year for printing, mailing and distributing the newspaper.
